Do your part with heart and intention, always. It won’t look the same from person to person and that’s okay.
Stay present and enjoy your becoming. Whether you’re diving deeper into your physical, emotional, or spiritual healing, this journey called “life” is personal.
YoA is a living memoir. There will be uncomfortable conversations, candid reactions, a whole lot of joy, and a whole lot of love. If you’re not about it, this isn’t for you.
I’m done letting the intimidated, nice, and timid dictate my life.
I am here in my full duality and complexity of who I am and what I believe.
The people who get it and love it, just do. I’m not here to convince anyone to consider, agree, or take on The Year of Audacity in the Name of Good with me.
